Rohit Shetty manages to defy the laws of physics with ease and this time he manages to ditch logic and comedy as well. Agreed, comedy and logic don’t go well together, but not necessarily; This may not happen every time.

The film was indeed blessed with a stellar star cast and writers Farhad Samji and Yunus Sajwal put hardly any effort into crafting the characters for this film. Shetty had the king of comedy and he still managed to overuse actors with the same repetitive comic scenes star cast and same punchlines, not to mention he hardly used them in his comedy of errors. Could sincerely; Repeating a scene twice may still get you some laughs from the audience but, using the same comedy scenes over and over again is a bit far fetched.

The film is heavy on the engaging plot line. The first half shows Murli Sharma breaking the fourth wall and suddenly stops his moves. Well, they could have at least kept their communication with the audience a bit constant till the end. Apparently, the film seems to be nothing but a mindless comedy and meme material for the netizens as this comedy is about spoiling one’s looks. Calling a bald man a ‘human lollipop’ is definitely not comedy.

With blatantly bad VFX and animation, awful kids and poorly designed sets, the film already lacked substance and seemed to be lacking in visuals as well.

The mind-numbing 138-minute drama could have been avoided if the doctor hadn’t swapped the babies in the first place.

Unfortunately, the makers could not do justice to Pooja Hegde aka Mala and to be honest she could have done better but she got bogged down by the poor character design and dialogues.

However, on the other hand, Jacqueline Fernandez aka Bindu gave her best performance which was expected of her! She looks fabulous as doll face and daddy’s princess with her costumes and dance numbers.

Incidentally, the hype around Deepika Padukone was quite understandable and she literally rocked the theaters with the dance number.
